Clients

Clients represent the customers or organizations you work for. Assign a client to one or more projects to keep your workspace organized and to filter reports by client. Only owners can manage clients.

  1. Click + Add client below the client list.
  2. Type a client name and press Enter (or click the check icon).

The new client is available immediately for assignment to projects.

  1. Click the client name to enter edit mode.
  2. Change the name and press Enter or click away to save.
  3. Press Escape to cancel without saving.
  1. Hover over the client row and click the trash icon.
  2. Confirm by clicking Yes in the inline prompt.

Deleting a client does not delete the associated projects — they simply become unassigned.

  1. Go to the Projects section (below clients in Settings).
  2. In a project row, use the client dropdown to pick a client.
  3. The change saves immediately.

To remove the client assignment, select No client from the dropdown.

Clients appear as a filter option in Reports:

  1. Click the All clients filter button.
  2. Select one or more clients to narrow the view to their projects.
