Saved Views

Saved views let you bookmark a report configuration — date range, filters, breakdown, sorting — and reload it later in a single click. Useful for recurring reports like “this month’s billable hours by project” or “client X, last quarter”.

  1. On the Reports page, set up the filters, date range, and breakdown you want to keep.
  2. Open the Views dropdown next to the filter bar.
  3. Click Save as new view….
  4. Enter a name and pick the visibility:
    • Only me — saved to your views.
    • Everyone in this workspace — saved to the workspace, visible to all members.
  5. Click Save.

The new view appears in the Views dropdown. The label next to the dropdown updates to show the active view name.

Open the Views dropdown and click any view name. The Reports page reloads with the saved filter configuration.

Saved views are split into two sections:

  • Workspace — views shared with everyone in the workspace.
  • My views — views only you can see.

When you change any filter while a saved view is active, an Unsaved changes indicator appears next to the view name.

To overwrite the view with the new filters:

  1. Open the Views dropdown.
  2. Click Save → Update current view.

To keep the original view untouched and save your new filters separately:

  1. Open the Views dropdown.
  2. Click Save → Save current as new view.

In the Views dropdown, hover any view to reveal its actions:

  • Rename — change the view’s name.
  • Duplicate to my views — copy a workspace view to your private views (handy if you want to tweak a shared view without affecting others).
  • Delete — remove the view. There is no undo.

The Default view at the top of the dropdown represents the standard Reports configuration with no filters applied. Clicking it resets the page to the default state.
