Editing Entries
All your time entries appear below the tracker, grouped by date. Click any entry to expand it and edit inline.
Entry List Layout
Section titled “Entry List Layout”Entries are organized into collapsible day groups. Each group header shows:
- Day name (e.g., “Monday”)
- Date (e.g., “24/03”)
- Total duration for that day
Click the caret icon on a day header to collapse or expand the group. When the date range spans more than one week, entries are further grouped by week number.
Expanding an Entry
Section titled “Expanding an Entry”Click any entry row to expand it into edit mode. The expanded view shows:
- An editable description field (auto-focused)
- Time range inputs (start and end time, for range/timer entries)
- Project selector
- Tag selector
- Billable toggle
- Delete button
Auto-Save
Section titled “Auto-Save”Changes save automatically after 2.5 seconds of inactivity. You do not need to press a save button. Changes are also saved immediately when you collapse the row.
Editing the Duration
Section titled “Editing the Duration”For entries created in duration mode, the duration field in the collapsed row is directly editable. For timer and range entries, the duration is read-only and derived from the time range.
Deleting an Entry
Section titled “Deleting an Entry”- Expand the entry by clicking it.
- Click the trash icon on the right side.
- A confirmation prompt appears with Cancel and Delete buttons.
- Click Delete to permanently remove the entry.
