Members

The Members section lists everyone in your workspace. Only owners can invite members, change roles, or remove people.

Each row shows the member’s avatar, name, email, and role badge (Owner or Member). Your own row is marked with a “(you)” label.

If a member has not yet verified their email address, an “Email unverified” warning appears. Owners can click the envelope icon to manually confirm the member’s email.

  1. Click + Add members to open the invite dialog.
  2. Type email addresses into the input field. Separate multiple emails with commas, semicolons, or by pressing Enter. You can also paste a list.
  3. Choose the role for new invitees using the role picker: Member (default) or Owner.
  4. Click Send invitations.

A success banner confirms how many invitations were sent. If any email fails, it stays in the input field with an error message so you can retry.

The invite dialog also lets you share a join link as an alternative to email invitations:

  1. In the Share a link section, click Generate join URL.
  2. Copy the URL and send it to your team.
  3. Anyone who opens the link can request to join your workspace.

To disable an active join URL, click the unlink icon. You can also manage the join URL from Workspace Settings.

Sent invitations appear in a Pending invitations section below the member list. Each invitation shows:

  • The invitee’s email address
  • The expiration date
  • The assigned role

Hover over a pending invitation and click the resend icon. A green checkmark confirms the email was sent again.

Click the link icon to see the full invitation URL and copy it to your clipboard.

  1. Hover over the invitation and click the trash icon.
  2. Confirm by clicking Yes.

The invitation link is immediately invalidated and can no longer be used.

  1. Click the role badge next to a member’s name.
  2. Select Owner or Member from the dropdown.
