Reports overview
The Reports page gives you a comprehensive view of tracked time across any date range. It combines summary statistics, visual charts, project and member breakdowns, and a full list of individual time entries.
Page layout
Section titled “Page layout”The page is organized into four sections from top to bottom:
- Stat cards — five key metrics at a glance
- Charts — bar chart and billable donut (toggleable)
- Breakdowns — by project and by member (toggleable)
- Records — every matching time entry, grouped by date
Stat cards
Section titled “Stat cards”Five cards span the top of the page:

| Total hours | Sum of all tracked time, with entry count |
| Billable | Billable hours and percentage of total |
| Non-billable | Non-billable hours and percentage of total |
| Projects | Number of projects with tracked time in the range |
| Total amount | Monetary value of billable time (uses workspace currency) |
Section visibility
Section titled “Section visibility”Not every section is relevant to every workflow. Click the sliders icon in the top-right control bar to toggle which sections appear:
- Charts
- By Project
- By Member
Your choices persist across sessions.
Records list
Section titled “Records list”Below the breakdowns, every matching time entry is listed grouped by date (newest first). Each date group is collapsible. You can expand any entry to edit its description, project, tags, duration, or billable status directly from the reports page, or delete it.
