Reports overview

The Reports page gives you a comprehensive view of tracked time across any date range. It combines summary statistics, visual charts, project and member breakdowns, and a full list of individual time entries.

The page is organized into four sections from top to bottom:

  1. Stat cards — five key metrics at a glance
  2. Charts — bar chart and billable donut (toggleable)
  3. Breakdowns — by project and by member (toggleable)
  4. Records — every matching time entry, grouped by date

Five cards span the top of the page:

CardShows
Total hoursSum of all tracked time, with entry count
BillableBillable hours and percentage of total
Non-billableNon-billable hours and percentage of total
ProjectsNumber of projects with tracked time in the range
Total amountMonetary value of billable time (uses workspace currency)

Not every section is relevant to every workflow. Click the sliders icon in the top-right control bar to toggle which sections appear:

  • Charts
  • By Project
  • By Member

Your choices persist across sessions.

Below the breakdowns, every matching time entry is listed grouped by date (newest first). Each date group is collapsible. You can expand any entry to edit its description, project, tags, duration, or billable status directly from the reports page, or delete it.
