Charts
The charts section contains two visualizations side by side: a stacked bar chart showing time over the selected period, and a donut chart showing the billable/non-billable split.
Bar chart
Section titled “Bar chart”The bar chart occupies roughly two-thirds of the row. Each bar is stacked into two segments:
- Indigo — billable hours
- Violet — non-billable hours
Hover over any bar to see a tooltip with billable, non-billable, and total hours for that period.
Granularity
Section titled “Granularity”A segmented control above the chart lets you switch between three granularities:
| Granularity | Shows |
|---|---|
| Day | One bar per day |
| Week | One bar per week |
| Month | One bar per month |
By default, Zeiter picks the granularity automatically based on your date range:
- 14 days or fewer — daily
- 15 to 84 days — weekly
- More than 84 days — monthly
The auto-selected option shows a small dot indicator. Click a granularity to override, or click the active one again to return to auto mode.
Donut chart
Section titled “Donut chart”The donut chart shows the billable percentage in the center and a two-segment ring:
- Indigo — billable time
- Violet — non-billable time
A legend to the right of the ring shows each segment’s total hours. Hover over a segment for exact hours and percentage.
