Reset Your Password

Request a reset link

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password? (below the password field).
2. Enter the email address associated with your account. If you had already typed your email on the sign-in form, it will be pre-filled.
3. Click Send reset link.

You will see a confirmation message regardless of whether the email exists. This is by design to protect account privacy.

Note

Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Set a new password

1. Open the reset link from your email. You will be redirected to Zeiter.
2. Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it a second time.
3. The same real-time password requirements checklist from sign-up applies here — all checks must pass before you can submit.
4. Click Reset password.

Caution

If the two passwords do not match, you will see a “Passwords do not match” error. Correct the mismatch and try again.

Once reset, you will be signed in automatically. You can then use your new password going forward.
