Changing your password

1. Open Account Settings and select Password in the sidebar.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Enter a new password that meets the requirements shown below the field.
4. Re-enter the new password in Confirm New Password.
5. Click Update Password.

The password requirements checklist updates in real time as you type. The submit button stays disabled until all requirements are met and both passwords match.

Tip

Your workspace may enforce specific password policies (minimum length, character classes). The checklist always reflects your workspace’s current rules.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds a TOTP code step after your password when you sign in.

Enabling 2FA

1. Open Account Settings and select Two-Factor in the sidebar.
2. Click Enable Two-Factor.
3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.).
4. Enter the 6-digit verification code from your app.
5. Click Confirm & Enable.

Tip

If you cannot scan the QR code, click the copy button next to the manual setup key and paste it into your authenticator app.

Disabling 2FA

1. In the Two-Factor section, click Disable Two-Factor.
2. Enter a current 6-digit code from your authenticator app.
3. Click Disable Two-Factor to confirm.

Caution

Disabling 2FA removes the extra login protection from your account. Only do this if you are switching to a different second factor (e.g. passkeys).

Passkeys

Passkeys let you sign in with biometrics (fingerprint, Face ID) or a hardware security key instead of a password.

Adding a passkey

1. Open Account Settings and select Passkeys in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Passkey.
3. Follow your browser or device prompt to create the passkey.

The new passkey appears in the list with its creation date and sync status (synced across devices or single-device only).

Managing passkeys

• Rename — Click the pencil icon next to a passkey, type a new name, and press Enter or click the checkmark.
• Remove — Click the trash icon next to the passkey you want to delete.
